Events can be easily selected from Web-optimized pages hosted on a central web site. Once selected, events are automatically synchronized into the contact software, where the user can attach reminder alarms, add additional notes, etc. The user can subsequently sync their Pocket PC or Palm based handheld computer to the contact software and automatically transfer events to the device. eMeeting Manager for Organizations Companies and organizations within any field can enter meeting information online in a secure environment, with the help of a simple, user-friendly interface. eMeeting Manager Admin Interface allows the administrator access to each organization for the event and enables him to both enter and edit meeting information.
